Clothing, game accessories, and related materials must not display inappropriate or offensive language or imagery that disrupts or affects the enjoyment of others, as determined by Nerdvana staff.
Aggressive or violent behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. Anyone exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned from the premises.

Important: No refunds or prizes will be awarded to individuals removed for breach of conduct.
In serious cases, we may contact guardians (for minors) and/or law enforcement, at the discretion of Nerdvana staff.
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this code of conduct, please report it immediately to any member of staff. All reports will be handled confidentially and with appropriate seriousness.
